Passport requirements for U.S. travel
*

U.S. Customs and Border Protection requires all Kuwaiti passports to be valid for a full six months beyond the passport holder's planned date of departure from the United States. As a result, United Airlines will be forced to deny boarding to any Kuwaiti traveler whose passport is not valid for at least six months beyond his or her scheduled return date. If ticket changes must be made due to lack of compliance with passport requirements, any relevant fees or fare increases will be the responsibility of the customer.

There is no "transit without visa" program in the United States. All passengers entering the United States-even those passing through on their way to another destination-will be required to have a U.S. visa.
